The residence is ideal for couples looking for a beach getaway, families with children (porta cot available), groups or anyone looking to get away and enjoy the serenity that Ocean Grove offers.
The property has a separate front and rear yard that contains a rear outdoor entertaining area.

Three Bedrooms
The first bedroom contains a queen bed, the second has two bunk beds and the third has one double bed and one single bed. Grove Beach House sleeps nine.
Wifi
High speed internet suitable for both work and leisure while on holidays. A laptop friendly workspace is also provided.

Front and backyard with entertainment area.

The Ocean Grove Lookout
Located just minutes from the main shopping area in old Ocean Grove the renowned lookout offers beautiful views of the ocean and coastline.
Ocean swimming
There is the Ocean Grove Beach, Barwon River Beach and Bellarine Aquatic and Sports Centre for those who prefer indoor swimming.
Visiting the many markets
Ocean Grove is home to farmers, rotary and community markets as well as offering car boot sales and a variety of fairs on throughout the year.
Bushwalking at the Nature Reserve
The reserve is home to a number of native animals, including wallabies, possums and echidnas. If you're into photography, Autumn is a great time to go to get some shots of the different varieties of fungi, whereas Spring is best if you're looking for wildflowers.
Adventure Park
Located in Wallington, just 5 minutes drive from Ocean Grove, Adventure Park is a popular theme park with rides and attractions for all ages. The park features both water rides and dry rides.
Restaurants, breweries and wineries
The popular main street of Ocean Grove is home to some amazing restaurants and breweries. The Bellarine Peninsula also offers an array of award winning wineries just a short drive from Ocean Grove.
